Your Body, Your Choice.
By Bronwyn Carpenter
Reproductive rights are the legal rights and freedoms relating to an individual's reproduction and reproductive health. This may include abortion, contraceptives, assisted reproduction, maternal health, etc.
The possibility of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade could lead to 20 states banning abortion. Trump's administration has led to individuals having less access to reproductive health services (Global Gag Rule, "defunding" Planned Parenthood, loss of Medicaid, etc.).
Key Goals include:
- Respecting the bodily autonomy of all people and their reproductive decision-making
- Making sure that resources are accessible to all, regardless of race, gender, identity, class, sexuality, etc.
